Some people feel obesity is a problem, because, to move and activities have to be disturbed, obesity can disturb our performance too. Besides disrupting appearance, obesity can be the beginning of the emergence of various diseases. Obesity is more often caused by poor eating habits and lack of healthy exercise. Therefore we need to keep our ideal weight

Well, here are tips to reduce obesity:

1. Select and consumption of healthy food and drink, high fiber, filling, increases our metabolism and at the same time reducing body fat.
2. Still eat three meals a day but eating less and chew the food until smooth.
3. Change your snacks eating habits that do not contain nutrients and tend to give a bad effect on the body due to sugar content, salt, fat and cholesterol by eating lots of low-calorie fresh fruit.
4. Drinking water 3-3, 5 liters per day, and if possible the consumption of distilled water is also useful to remove waste useless minerals in the body.
5. do regularly exercise 3 times a week, by doing regularly and right exercise we can burn our fat so we can maintenance our body weight, but remember don’t do over exercise, because it cant make you healthy but can come in the new problem for your body.
