How our health care during a trip

There are so many things to prepare before we travel! It is this anxiety that often causes us to forget the essential. Follow these recommendations for your health care during the flight … unless you want to realize in the most inhospitable that you have forgotten your usual medicine or that we’ve brought sunscreen.

Depending on the destination of your trip there are certain types of vaccines to be administered before your departure. Therefore, consult your doctor to make sure you have your injections on time. See also about the side effects and how long the protection.

During the trip have on hand is good medicine to relieve headache, diarrhea and insect bites. Therefore, these drugs include first aid for foreign travel. Sexually transmitted diseases are something we need to protect that ground, be sure to pack condoms.
