The Uniqueness of Mediterranean Diet

The Mediterranean are having a good body shape and health because of their intake like fish, olive oil, vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
As we all know, those foods are having a good reputation in health. We have no doubt on the vitamins and nutrition that we will get from fruits and vegetables. Fish is the source of good protein and vitamin. Some fishes like sardines are giving omega 3 intakes as well to enhance our immunity, children’s brain development, healthier heart, and no stress life. For the fat intake, we can replace the negative fat from meats with positive and natural fat from nuts. Besides the food, in dieta mediterranea, we are suggested to consume wine and dairy products. What can be better than this? We can have a diet, but we can still enjoying wine.
Mediterranean diet can be said as easy diet because we can still eat delicious fish and keep us full by consuming nuts. We can create various delicious foods from the suggested foods like salad with olive oil dressing, salmon with almond sauce, and many others. Besides Mediterranean diet, we can choose the legendary Dieta Atkins or the effective dieta Fricker as well. One thing we have to remember is each of us is having different condition and need. Therefore, we need to adjust our body and health condition with the diet method we want to use. With that way, we can get the maximal benefit of the diet.
