A bra for exercise

Some women suffer much to make exercise in the wake of a case that involves serious problems and that is often seen as almost negligible. I refer to the problems surrounding the bust and the exercise, item that seems to pass unnoticed but that affects many women to make sport.

In fact, a survey conducted by dr. Joanna Scurr at the University of Portsmouth has indicated that between 45 and 60 per cent of the English women suffer pain in the bust to the running, is at a slow pace or a rapid pace.

That is why the theme of this article is of great interest, it is a possible solution to this problem as widespread within the female. The current brassieres that are used to make sport compress the breasts against the body, and are not very effective in reducing the pain. Read the rest of this entry »
