A harmless cup of coffee means little or nothing about calories. This is clear, which means not too much coffee does, quite the contrary. But think of coffee, think more broadly and habits around the cafe. What impact can they have on your figure?

From the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene have decided to find out to monitor people who turned to drink a coffee and snack at Starbucks Dunkin ‘Donuts, both popular U.S. coffee shops, searching out whether they had any influence on smoking weight.

Interestingly, researchers found that people who went to lunch there daily will consume many calories associated with coffee, donuts from them all, double cream, pastries and other sweets, which greatly increased their daily intake of calories.

So if you have the vice of coffee in the afternoon, do not forget that this habit can result in some unwelcome to your hip. Take care about it, and if possible choose a glass of milk for tea and breakfast.
