Can Curcuma Help Your Health ?

We have a lot of developing the disease; along with that the more new drugs are discovered. Sometimes we forget that a lot of spices that initially only as a food can be used for treatment of a disease.

One herb that has very large benefits is curcuma. Curcuma has a very large benefits for liver, Curcuma have some  active substances which may play a role in repair of liver damage, among others: Kurkumin, kurkuminoid, P-toluilmetilkarbinol, seskuiterpen d-camphor, mineral, oil
Essential oils and fats, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals such as potassium (K), Sodium
(Na), Magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), and Cadmium (Cd).

Active substances work mechanism of curcuma:
- Kurkumin which can reduce AST and ALT to normal levels.
- Kurkuminoid in curcuma may increase the secretion of bile
useful to emulsification fat and can reduce levels of fat in
blood and hepatoprotektor.
- P-toluilmetilkarbinol and seskuiterpen d-camphor to increase production
and secretion of bile, tumeron useful for  antimicrobial.
- Essential oils have an effect and stimulate the production of bile and pancreatic secretions
have the ability as well as the ability to dissolve bakterisid
cholesterol. At high doses, essential oils can reduce levels of enzymes
Glutamate Oxaloacetate in serum transaminase (AST) and the enzyme glutamate
Serum pyruvic transaminase (ALT)

And there are several other functions of curcuma namely: liver health maintenance, effective for hepatitis, lower cholesterol, increase appetite and many other benefits of curcuma. Also this time have a lot of medicines that unborn curcuma.
