Some days ago we discussed only one of the benefits that vitamin D is to our body. The synthesis of this vitamin is particularly useful for our brain health, and therefore we must consider sufficient sales of the same.

We know that eggs, dairy products or fish are an excellent source of vitamin. Another resource, as is well known, is the sun. But is it enough to embargo some sunshine to absorb sufficient quantities?

Well, the fact is that even though the sun is a good way to synthesize vitamin D, while our sun king can be a double edged sword for damage that excessive exposure to sunlight can generate in our skin.

Always protect skin from the sun, but in terms of vitamin D and with a factor 8 are significantly reducing their synthesis in our body, and bearing in mind that it is advisable to use are major factors complicating the assimilation of this vitamin from the sun.

With only five to thirty minutes of sun exposure is enough to absorb the vitamin. But more important is that you take care of the sun, and therefore recommend that acquiring vitamin D that you need more you concentrate on your diet than in the sun.
