Drug is something useful for people, because it can cure or solve those diseases, there are so many drugs that doctor use for cure the diseases, but now many people who misuse the drug.
Drug abuse is taking a psychoactive drug or performance enhancing drug for a non-therapeutic or non-medical effect. Drug abuse is a very serious problem in the world, particularly the United States. Most people who abuse the drug are initially idle or just curiosity, but over time they eventually use the drug addiction. Many individuals start using a particular drug and find that they have total control over their habit. However, after a certain period of time, these people may start to lose the control that they once had. Eventually, it will take more and more of the same type of drug for the individual to achieve the same state of euphoria as they experienced previously. Some of the most commonly abused drugs include alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine, methaqualone, and opium alkaloids.
Alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, cocaine, methaqualone, opium alkaloids and mild tranquilizers are some of the substances that are most widely misused. The abuser that use this drug can make criminal precautions, physical and psychological disorders, and add to it the social discrimination that will follow.
Drug abuse can cause biological and chemical disturbances within the body of an abuser. This is why many people who abuse drugs seem to change so drastically. Many individuals experience weight loss or weight gain, a change in personality, changes in moods, memory impairment, loss in general gross motor skills, and many may even develop various types of chronic medical conditions. The path to drug addiction begins with the act of taking drugs. Compulsive, drug craving, seeking, and use that persist even in the face of negative consequences characterize drug addiction.
There are many treatment programs for drug abuser, but the methods used between the one with the other person may be different, allowing that person to a match using a method but not necessarily successfully used on other people. So that the most important thing is to not eliminate the hope for recovery, may be one method can not succeed then try to use other treatment methods.
Most important in the treatment process is that we should be able to know what motivated someone that they do drug abuse, whether that person just for fun, there are problems both personal problems, problems with friends, wife, or with parents. So that when we find out what the cause then we can help them advance their problem, because usually when the basic problem can be solved then the drug abuse treatment can be easily handled. It is vital that you understand that a treatment program sets the recovery in motion. There are many other factors that can have a great impact on the individual who is attempting to beat an addiction to drugs. This includes emotional support from friends and members of the family, supervision, the implementation of an accountability partner that they can contact any time day or night, and continued therapy.
