We all know that stress is inextricably linked to society today, from school children to teach us that we need to excel and for that we are in constant competition, get the best grades, be a prominent athlete, learning a second or even third language, all this seems good, however, this desire to compete and win takes us from small to feel some degree of stress.
Of course, every time we grow our responsibilities increase as well, in our work we seek to be among the foremost and always in some way enter into competition within the company! And also between companies!
The accumulation of stress first affects us mentally, we feel as tired, lacking energy, with more sleep. After attacking and physical level, we realize that the muscles of the neck, shoulders and back are too rigid and really experience a little pain that will increase as the days go by.
