Natural Treatment For Hemorrhoids

hemorrhoidIf you suffer from hemorrhoids, then I don’t have to tell you what a horrible intrusion they can be on your life. Pain, suffering, embarrassment are all associated with hemorrhoids, or piles, as they are sometimes called. And because they are sometimes an embarrassing topic, you can’t usually discuss them with your buddies over a beer at the corner tavern

Hemorrhoids is an example of this. Even the most advanced and cutting edge surgical procedures only treat the symptom, and not the cause. This is why so many that undergo hemorrhoid surgery have at least one recurrence of hemorrhoids to some degree.

Happily, treating the underlying cause of hemorrhoids can be much easier, and effective than treating the symptoms. Simply by adding more fiber to your diet can do the trick in many cases. With more fiber in your diet, you will eliminate the need to strain or push, which is the cause of hemorrhoids in many cases.

When you strain and stress while producing a bowel movement, you put undue pressure on the rectal area. Adding fiber removes the need to push and strain, and can eliminate your hemorrhoids in just a couple of days.

Fiber can be found in many sources. Grains, nuts, beans, vegetables, breakfast cereals. Probably one of the easiest ways to take fiber is with psyllium fiber powder. This is fairly cheap, and easily mixes with water or juice. One glass a day, and you are well on your way to magnificent bowel movements.
