in our lives, many demands of our life or life goals that we want to achieve, and sometimes there are constraints when we want to achieve these demands or goals, so this is can make confused, depressed, irritable, and even stress can occur. Stress is a response to a person’s body when faced with multiple demands / problems in life. Demands or problems can come from external / outside (such as outstanding loans, the burden of work, friends, relationships with spouse, or learning problems, and so on), or it could be from internal / own mind (i.e. not satisfied with myself).

The increasing demands and necessities of life will be something better, make the individual do competing to get what they want. But in fact sometimes, what we want it’s not suitable with the real, so it can cause confusion, daydreaming to stress.

Stress that occurs in each individual varies depending on the problems faced and the ability to resolve the issue or commonly called the coping used. If the problem can be solved by either the individual is happy, whereas if the problem can not be resolved properly can cause the individual’s anger, frustration to depression.

How do we handle that stress? The following are some tips to overcome stress that might be useful when we experience stress;

1. Try a nap

With a little nap about 30-45 minutes will be able to refresh our bodies, including the condition of our minds. There are some famous people who use a nap to handle stress, namely Edison, John F. Kennedy.

2. Massage

We can massage the muscles of the neck and shoulders; ask your spouse or friend to massage him.

3. Express yourself with art

Try to be creative and able to divert energy positively. If you can play musical instruments, painting, or writing poetry, you try to do things to reduce stress. Music is one medium that can reduce stress well.

4. Jokes / laughter

This method is often done, that is, when subjected to stress, try to find entertainment, joking with friends / family or you can play with children. This is can make your stress more lightly.

5. Avoid being hard on yourself

Without us realizing it, we are always talking to ourselves. What will we do, we always ask ourselves. We can change the way of talking to yourself with a positive conversation. Those talks could lead to relaxation in our bodies and be otherwise if the negative talk to us will cause your body to feel tired.
